Why Eat Fish?
Why eat fish as part of a natural remedy? Since the beginning, people have been discovering the many benefits of various foods and herbs and other objects in regards to natural remedies. As time progressed, we forgot many of the natural remedies. Today, science produces medicines but now we call the previous ways of healing the body alternative medicine, as if it is newly discovered.
For years, people have known that fish are beneficial. Now that we are able to better understand how food and the nutrients work, we can use what we know to understand exactly how it is beneficial and why it is so. .

In other words, eating fish is supposed to help prevent heart attacks and strokes. Studies from scientists showed that Eskimos, eating high amounts of fish, were less prone to heart attacks and rheumatoid arthritis. This is the result of the omega-3 fatty acids in the fish.
Just because someone takes a supplument of omega-3 fatty acids does not allow them certainty of reducing risk. Studies show, however, that by replacing one meal a week with a fish dinner, this could be enough to lower the risk of a heart attack by up to 70%. The same results are shown in people following a Mediterranian diet with meals including fish, fruits and vegetables.
